First grow down under scheduled for January. All good?

Hey, so this will be my first grow after being a sucker and buying my bud for the last few years.
I've got a good site which I am currently prepping deep in the forest next to a local park of mine.
It's got great privacy, about a 15 minute walk through rough terrain into the bush from any paths, so I doubt it will be discovered unless spotted from a helo.
Anyway, I know that January is not the ideal time to start a grow, but I guess it will be ok. Correct me if I'm wrong.
The temperature ranges pretty crazily, can be up to 40 degrees C, can be as low as 20. Best temperature is 22-28C yes? My spot has a good lot of sun for about 8 hours a day, and I can go there to water every other day.
I will be planting 2 plants in a 6sqm area (Because 2 plants is the max for a misdemeanour.
The strain I'm looking at is Greenhouse Seeds's Big Bang strain. Looks like a decent indica-sativa cross for outdoors. It says ideally it will yield 800g outside. Is that a little hopeful? I hear people yielding 5lb, and others yielding a few ounces. Not sure who to believe.
I'm doing this mainly for profit, a little for myself and friends. I need to contribute more to my household and I've always loved gardening.
Anyway, I've been watching Kog A Grower's Lot videos on youtube. He seems to know his stuff.
So yeah, guess I'm just looking for any information on ideal East Coast Australian strains, seed suppliers, any tips for forest/guerilla growing etc!
Merry christmas my friends :leaf::-P:leaf:

I decided to shell out the extra $10 for the guarantee from Attitude. My order isn't very big but since it's my first grow and it's pretty late I definitely want it here sooner rather than later :)
I will keep demon seeds in mind next time sir.
