Thanks so much MC. You have been most helpful. These next 2 or 3 weeks should be very exciting because of the swelling. The big one looks a week or so behind to you doesn't it?
Oh yes, these are coming along nicely! Looks like you've got a bunch of nice bud coming there Lt! I wish I was as close to harvest as you are, but it'll happen.Today is 47 days since the switch. I took pics of everything from my pet that's keeping out the bugs, to the roots. I'm thinking less than 2 weeks left for my two small girls but the big one might have to go an extra week or so. What do you all think? You can see the hairs beginning to die and change color on the little girls. I am SO EXCITED! Thanks for stopping in. Peace

I really doubt you have anything to worry about. You're burning watts, not voltage. The volts stay constant, I'm running everything on 110 volts, which is typical household current, but clothes dryers and ranges will use 220 volts.OK so I might be paranoid, but should I be worried if a guy from the electric company just came to my house? He said he was sent to check out a voltage spike but didn't say anything else. All he did was check my power meter then left. I didn't think it was possible for a 400w light to attract any attention but could that be why they came to my house?
Great explanation! Thanks for the info, that's pretty much what I was thinking.I really doubt you have anything to worry about. You're burning watts, not voltage. The volts stay constant, I'm running everything on 110 volts, which is typical household current, but clothes dryers and ranges will use 220 volts.
The more lights I turn on increases the watts used, that's what they would monitor for excessive consumption, but the voltage stays the same. The electric company has to maintain a constant voltage to prevent damage to whatever is plugged in.
Yeah, does he walk with a limp now? lolwhat ever happened with your room mate??
