Update:
So down they come. I cut the Lemon Kush down. One turned out to be about twice the size of the other. Dense buds compared to the WW. The little one had a nice look to it even if it was significantly smaller. I trimmed it up as a single cola so I could see the total weight difference between them. I won't weigh them until they have dried though so that has to wait a few days.
Im looking forward to the first smoke test. I trimmed a couple little buds off and have them drying a little faster. I'll test it out in a couple days. Should be fun. I'll have to smoke it before bed just in case it is a strong couch lock. Don't want to wreck a whole evening.
Until i can do the weight I am changing up the grow tent and setup. Preparing for the next grow; MALAWI!!! I have started soaking my one and only seed. Fingers crossed that it will actually pop and I don't kill it in the first few days. I am going to take a risk and do a recirculating Hempy based on Flowamastas' design. Straight perlite with a water ring and big res, pumping water into the Hempy for 15 minutes at a time. I've never played with hydro before and I haven't really tested this system. I have put it partially together and tested each part but not the whole thing. I will be starting the seedling in a mini Hempy so I have a bit of time to get the larger system tested.
I also put put together a new CFL light fixture and reflector. Changed the exhaust system and attached the new carbon scrubber. I set it up so that I can add a second exhaust fan and scrubber if needed. Hopefully everything works well. I think I'm going to need to go to the hydro store and pick up some supplies soon. I need micro nutes for sure. Can't use my normal tea in this.
