First grow/CFL stealth cab/Short Rider

if you look at pic #5...you can see the claw looking thing i was telling you about earlier in the thread..sign of it being a hermie.hermies tend to take longer to flower and will have odd looking preflowers..males always flower first.at that age..if it was a male..it would have tons of sacs by now.but i think its stalled out cause it went hermie...my last plant before my current grow did the same thing.if its not around other fems..i wouldnt chop it.let it grow and see if it buds too..if it buds and no fems are around...even if its hermie will still make some good weed to smoke...just will have some seeds in it....i think from now on..we all only get fem seeds..solves all of our problems

Thanks bro, that gives me a little hope anyway. I still have the two outside and the two small regular short riders, these indoor ones are just my biggest and best looking!

I had 9 out of 10 germ from the regular SR/TR lol..

2 died because of bugs, and they were seedlings, and the other 2 outdoor ones made it. 1 was burnt by a friend and lack of care..
So 6 actually grew! I'm not greedy, 3 females would be perfect

Yea you could very well be right! See I don't have enough experience when it comes to hermies, but if these both end up being hermies I probably will just let them flower outside for learning purposes! Thanks DJ!

I'm still hoping for "Droopy" to turn 100% female of course

I just looked at the outdoor TR's and one looks like its showing male preflowers but I'm not for sure yet. The other one looks like It could be female. Do you guys think I should bring the possible female inside even though its had a few minor bug problems?

if the plant had bug problems...but is now clear,you could bring it in...if it has any signs of infestation now...i wouldnt..bugs can fuck up your day.ofcourse wait till you know the other is a male first

Thanks for the rep smellytreez, yeah i'll post some pics to show you how my fem shortriders are doing. The yield just seem a little low right now do to the heat problems, but i can see new growth still brieng produced. also i had a couple that were only a month old and i put them on a 12/12 and they are already showing signes of sex

Yea thats what I was thinking and I'm about 80% sure Droopy is a male aswell, unfortunatley. I'll update when I know for sure, I've decided today that all males are getting chopped for sure!

No problem, hopefully I'll have at least 2 females out of 6! I still want to sample the bud, I put one of the baby short riders into 12/12. Its about 3 weeks from germ. The other short rider and bagseed I topped and I'm going to give them a few more weeks at least before switching. I'm going to give Droopy a couple more days so I know for sure its a male..

Hey man been at the beach since Saturday so I got a lot of catching up to do, haha, but yeah man they look like balls to me bro.

Well I must say that I am very dissapointed today, I had to cut down the bigger outdoor TR and I had to cut down both THirsty and Droopy because they where all males, WTF!! I do have the smallest outdoor short rider that is around 10 weeks old today and this bitch has been through hell and back lol.. I don't see anything showing as far as balls or hairs yet so I'm really hoping this is going to be the female! The crazy thing is this is the one that almost didn't make it from the bugs!!

To those that are following along, I have transplanted the outdoor one into a big pot and one of the smaller babies into a 3 gal pot and they are both going to be on 12/12 from here on out! So basically 2 more are taking the place of Thirsty and Droopy.

It is the babies 3 week birthday so I will put up some more pictures of those later tonight, for now here's a few good fairwell pics and the new "Girls" inside there new home!

Whats up sonar, yea I need to get away really soon myself!! Not much to catch up on now, everythings pretty much starting over, I guess I had really bad luck the first time around

On the positive side I did learn a lot and I grew some healthy ass males if I do say so myself! Hopefully I will get at least 1 female out of the 4...

damn bro that sucks...but least you got to learn a few things from this grow...id get only fem seeds from now on..cost a lil more but is well worth it...ive gotten nothing but females from my fem seeds...some say fem seeds can still be males..but i have yet to see it...was some good looking plants tho.

wow man, that sure does suck!! when you buy non fem seeds, do they send all males? just seems like such a ripoff, i for sure would only order fem seeds, but like dj said, you sure got a lot of growing experience under your belt now. i know you dont wanna hear it, but i still cant believe out of the 5 random bag seeds i ve done in 2 grows, ive only gotten 1 male. i sure wouldnt be happy spending all that money to just get males.

Thanks bro, I'll just chalk it up to a learning experience and hopefully the 10week old one that I brought inside will be female. Then at least I would be able to see the budding process and get to try out the smoke..

Yea it does blow! I think if I didn't wait so long to switch them it wouldn't have been so bad but if the next 3 turn out females it should be about right.. 3/6...

Remember I do still have the Wonder Woman going and she is Fem and looking great! Pics are coming soon!

Haha, I would have never guessed to have 3 out of 4 males starting this off, maybe 4/4... But I always new it was a possibility.

Thats great the thread helped you out, its been a journey so far thats for sure!! It sucks the indoor TR's had to end this way but at least that wasn't the only thing I had going. Plus theres still a good chance of a big girl !

looking good with those bro...are the 3 week olds SR's?i wish my deisel looked like them...its 3 weeks old too.i planted the roadrunner tonight...and ive started germing 6 lowryder #2's...those are gonna be projects for later on...lets hope for some fine ass ladies to come outta these batches

The bigger 3 week SR went into the 3 gal pot and into 12/12 with the other big outdoor SR. The WW is actually about 4 weeks from what I know and the little one in the clear cup is the other little SR that I topped for the hell of it. I'm going to let the two that I just topped veg for another 2-3 weeks with the WW and then drop them into 12/12 depending on how fast they grow.

I am confident our ladies are gonna grow nice buds, lets get this going!

Man that would suck going 4/4 male. If I remember correctly from statistics I think the chances of 4/4 males is like 12.5%. Not impossible but certainly isn't likely.

haha its .5^4 (.5 x .5 x .5 x .5) = 6.25% but w/e lol same shit 6.25 and 12.5 are both small as percent chances.
