First grow CFL cardboard box

I plan on growing 2 plants in a nice cardboard box that is REALLY strong. The plants will be lowrider #2. The intake/outake fans will be 2 80cm PC fans. The soil is fox farm ocean forest. The pot size is 1 gallon pots. The lights will have adapters so they can go into a power strip and there will be six of them. There will be a digital thermometer/hygrometer. They will be run 20/4 the whole way through.The plants will be risen on books or blocks up towards the lights since the box is 48" high. The box will be covered in mylar. I got the concept except for a few things. Since lowriders are auto flower do I start off with 5500K lights or do I start with 2700K lights? The lights will be 26W CFL. Also what nutes should I use and what schedule? Thanks I can't wait to grow!

Card board is a definite fire hazard bro! I'd be very careful. But as far as your lighting question you can start them under some 6500 spectrum CFLs and after 2-3 weeks switch them over to 2700 spec. Or get creative and run them under a mix of spec the whole way through. 3 6500 spec and 3 2700 spec in every other slot. That would be the way I'd go. As far as nutes if your starting them in Fox Farm ocean forest then you prob wouldnt need any as Ffof is hot as it is. A good balanced ph of water and your set. Good luck bro!

I know it's a fire hazard but I'm also gonna have a oscillating fan from outside hitting the box so I don't see it as a problem. Thanks for the reply!

I'd choose a rubbermaid tote over cardboard! And it's still less than $10!

I got a better idea. I live about 10 mins from this snooty ass neighborhood who has like 4ft plastic trash cans. I'm gonna steal one,clean,sterilize & grow.

Subd. I agree a rubbermaid not being big enough. I have a small grow going and have made a cardboard veg box. Sucks but just don't got the space. Have you seen Concord Dawns Grows?
