...your pics would be much better if your lights are off with flash on.
...your next run, I'd suggest looking into lollipopping, lst, or scrogging your ladies if you want to veg awhile....or even flipping them into flower sooner (less veg and more plants).
...when your working with a 400 positioned horziontally, think penetration. A 400 only penetrates possible 8"-12" into your canopy....so, anything that is deeper will only produce "popcorn" buds that will amount to very little.
...are you limited to plant #'s?
...if you could aircool your light, you could get it alot closer to your ladies = bigger buds.
