first grow almost 3 week old still so small what should I do

now that its transplanted let us know how she does in a few days..

transplanting and i put it in a bigger pot Its only like a 1 gallon probaly but im not growing no moster so it might be able to finish in this pot with way better soil in it and it's looking healtier and growing no shock at all i just hope its a female

almost a month old now but the top leaves ar elooking very healthly i just hope its a female the brightness of light makes them look yellowish

also would it help if when i turn the lights off I let a fan blow on this for a couple hours? and how far should the fan be from the plant its a small circular fan
