First grow, almost 2nd week into flowering

Ok so the reason why my plant is small I believe is due to the size of the pot (not big), and well im into the second week of flowering, is it too late to change pot size? Do they look alright?

Also, because its outdoor Im getting a few mites here and there and spiders from time to time. SO dont judge me on this, im a noob, however is it a good idea to keep the spiders so they eat away the mites, etc? I know it sounds cheap but where I live im very limited to the neem oils availability, etc and half the insecticides available are toxic.

Also if I do get to find the neem oil, is it for all types of insects?

think ahead next time plants not focusing on roots anymore so it wouldn't matter much if you did transplant
