ok now that i have gone through and corrected all the bullshit advice people have give you....
see if you ca get your hunidity up a bit and lower temps.
PH may also be a factor so if you have the means grab up some lime and ammend it into some new soil and transplant....then water in well
your soil looks dry but not "too dry" so overwatering i dont think is a issue but if you can grab a bag of perilite and mix it in with your lime and soil. what lime does is buffers the soil to a neutral PH of around 7.0, a PH of 6.8 is considered "ideal" for soil grows, not really sure whats going on with your seedlings but if your using true organic soil then i would like to think its a PH imbalance.
