Wow thanks i really appreciate that! I was a bit worried they were not looking that good for 4 weeks. I guess hard work and reading up everyday is starting to pay off.

I plan on flowering for 11-12 weeks does that sound about right?
I usually flower for 10 weeks. What strain are you growing?

The water farm unit, comes with EVERYTHING you need to start, including the little grow rocks and the nutrients.... PH up and Down... and it also has the PH indicator test kit..

Thats why I suggest it... it's the cat's meow to learn with. I was really against hydo for a long time because of the perceived difficulties... Now I think it's the ONLY way to grow.. lol! =)
Ok first dumb question if i got clones that are in soil how to i plant them in the grow rocks?

Well, you need to make clones from your clones in your soil.

IF you're not budding yet, I'd take some. Just to keep the strains you got and keep them going...

IF you are budding, then I'd wait until budding was done, and then regenerate a few weeks and then take some clones from that.

I personally if I were you, would learn hydro, let the plants bud, then let them regen and take clones.. This way you don't pressure yourself in learning to many things at once.

Just get your hydro down first. Throw in some "random seed". You could even make that your mother... Thats the thing about hydro, you got LOTS of options.

I have a few different ones going.

3 hash plant
4 blue widow
1 LA og
Who is the breeder of the hashplant? I could not find flowering time but most stated it was short

Sensi Seeds Hash Plant is a precious Afghani descended from one of the finest hash-making cultivars ever brought from the Hindu Kush to the west. Cannabis strains known generally as hash plants are found throughout the countries that border these mountains, but very few have the pedigree of this Hash Plant - a living definition of the stocky, chunky, beautifully sticky Afghanica genotype. The direct ancestor of Hash Plant was developed in the Northwest USA and came to Holland as a few carefully-transported female cuttings. Upon arrival, the tiny, fragile Hash Plant clones were given a safe home in the Sensi Seed Bank breeding labs, where this outstanding cultivar quickly proved her worth, becoming an important building-block in several other Sensi hybrids. Over the years, many experimental crosses were made in search of a pollen-father that could match up to the HP female and produce cannabis seeds worthy of the Hash Plant name. An equal partnership was eventually found in a male from Afghanica’s other royal family - the Northern Lights line. A 50/50 HP x NL#1 father was back-crossed to the original HP mother, which gave us the 75% HP-25% NL hybrid. Of all our breeding experiments, this crossing produced the strongest specimens by far — with even experienced Dutch smokers having trouble finishing a single joint. Thus the Hash Plant seed strain was born. Hash Plant stays compact during her extra-short flowering time. Her tight, resin-drenched flower clusters develop a brittle surface when dried and give off a deep, rich Afghani aroma that’s undercut with a hint of hashish. When smoked, her dominant flavour is the spicy-sharp bite of smouldering resin glands, a sensation which quickly becomes indistinguishable from her effect. The instant vaporization of those layers of sparkling trichomes accelerates Hash Plant’s rapid, blissful and breathtakingly powerful body-stone...

Blue Widow is also unknown.
Dinafem Seeds Blue Widow is a fantastic F1 Indica created by combining the legendary Blueberry with the renowned White Widow. A cornucopia for the senses. Designed for fragrance, flavour, color, and sticky to the touch. In colder climates the Blue Widow turns a reddish tinted violet colour and is a truely beautiful plant to see. The plant produces a huge quantity of resin through its huge, chunky colas. Due to the introduction of Blueberry, this plant grows taller than pure White Widow plants and growers can expect heights 3 meter range when grown outdoors. Typically the Dinafem Seeds Blue Widow will double in size as soon as it is put into the flowering stage. Dinafem’s Blue Widow is an excellent candidate for SCROG. A smokers dream.

Are they all from Dinafem?

Blue OG is an 8weeker.
A cross between a Blueberry F3, Blue Moonshine, and a potent Kush/Thai Indica hybrid that has achieved truly legendary status in the USA; OG Kush.
Its short, very compact stature and very vigorous growth stage make it perfectly adaptable to any size growroom and growing method.

High resin production begins a few weeks after the start of flowering and, when dried properly, the buds acquire a delicious red berry taste with citrusy hints. This makes it one of the best strains for hash and oil extraction as the results are abundant and the taste and aroma, sublime.
At almost never more than 8 weeks, flowering is quick, making it also highly suited for outdoor growing in climes that require early cropping.

Yea they are already budding. So your saying you can just take seeds and put them in the clay rocks they give u?

Yeap, that's what I do.... They use a drip emitter ring that keeps the top of the rocks moist, moist enough to pop seed.. =)

I have not tried to use this for cloning, it MIGHT work if you can keep the water level within the stems end and are able to supply enough moisture.

I may have to try that next go around and see how it works. Thanks!

It's funny how 8 plants can look like you have a whole plantation... heheheh
Only 7 haha but yeah looks like there is way more they are pretty bushy. I topped all but one of them. They all have at least 3 main coals!

So how much bigger do u think the buds will get? they are already pretty big and i still have many weeks left.
Excellent first grow, dude....Congrats! They fatten up the most in the last few weeks (wks 5-8 or so on 10 wk flowers for example) when the plant knows it's coming to it's end. Those pistils still look pretty white so, they still got some growing to do. Keep us posted!

Thank you! Yeah i figured they have at least another 5-6 weeks before they are ready. I am hoping nothing major happens before then. Hopefully i will have a nice yield when all said and done fingers crossed lol I will update with pics every week if people seem interested.

You're on the home-stretch for sure...something would have to go REALLY wrong at this point. Don't even stress yourself over yield...If you get through the first and you get some good nug, you did good. Tough to guess from pics but, it looks like your going to do okay though, haha.

Haha I have been stressing the whole time its kinda hard not too. Im guessing all first time growers freak out a bit lol but from what everyone on here is saying that im doing good makes it a lot better!!
