Hello my peoples.

I am currently entering week 5 ish of flowering this single plant in a 3x3x6 tent and wanted to share this strain because there's not a lot of documented grows of it.

Things to note - World of Seeds beans in soil Foxfarm trio nutes and the light is some Chinese made fixture off eBay. Cost less than 200 bucks. She is in only around 2 gallons of soil basically because it's all I had left and I wasn't Sure if she was gonna outgrow the tent so here we are...

Below are pics in chronological order
With the last one being taken just 2 days ago.

I think we're lookin at 3-4 more weeks (WOS says 55-60 days..well see)

She hast really swelled yet but she's growing hairs like mad all up and down the stems. Her internodes are tightly spaced so the whole branch appears to be becoming a large bud.

Give me your thoughts and comments and have a kickass weekend boys and girls

270 watts. 90 3 watt diodes. Only gripe is Penetration..... But This chick is so freaking bushy I don't know that a supernova could penetrate to the bottom. I'll be rolling a lankier sativa next go so that will be a better test.

Hope your wishes of chunky nugs is on point! Caaant waiiiit!

i use leds myself what i do is chop the top then move the led closer to the bottom and popcorn buds for maybe 2 weeks and this increases my yield nicely. and just so you know leds are way over ratted in their wattage my blackstars 240w only pulls out around 120 watts and my chinese 90 watters pulls out about 60 ive recently tested them with power a power monitor myself.

they do grow some dank ass bud tho. and led are the best if you're concerned about power consumption

Yeah I think my diodes are only 70% driven. So I assume its actually pumping out 180-200 true watts. As long as I get an O...I'm happy happy happy

How dense do your buds get compared to hid?

Looks like a good job so far and the LED's seem to be getting better all the time. I use a BlackStar 270 Chrome and I'm happy as a pig in shit. When it comes time to get another light I'll probably go with an Area 51 if they're still getting almost 100% positive feedback. Keep us posted on how this grow progresses.

LED's running at 100% put out a lot more heat, they typically never come running that high. I've not used them for a grow but have done a lot of research and other projects with them. Usually there is a set screw somewhere on most drivers that allow you to crank them up, but depending on the quality of the diode, its ill advised for the most part.

looking good so far though.

Yeah and my decision to purchase was long-term use cost and heat. I try to keep things low noise for obvious reasons.

Wish you hadn't told me about the adjustment screw...I'm a habitual tinkerer. Must resist urge
..to tinker.....

the density of the buds mostly depends on strain and pheno and also heat . but compared to hids i would say i can get just about the same density with leds.

Fattening up nicely and starting to sparkle like the vampires of twilight....as ridiculous as sparkling vampires are I find it a proper comparison.

So here are some updates...my short bushy girl is doing well. Definitely learned my lesson on container size. 2 gallons just doesn't cut it for growing a 3 foot plant shes topped out at 2 ft tall now. But overall I'm impressed with the light. I will be scrogging the next lady though. Topped indica's just bush out too much.
