Dude your plant is fine... its a weed... trust me it will grow! Just leave it alone and dont soak it with water... just give it a little water wait a couple days for the soil to dry out and water it again... youll get a feel for it... the dry soil is just as important as the water mainly cuz roots grow and stretch in dry soil looking for the water!

Keep flo lights a couple inches from the top of the plant.
Dont worry about nutes right now... chances are youll burn your plant.

I would wait till its about a foot tall (maybe 2 weeks) then transplant into a potting soil sold at your local market. Usually soil amended with basic nutes will advertise "keeps plants fed up to 6 months" look for something like that. I use Black Gold soil and its the shit and only costs under 5 bucks a bag.

Now ... grow that plant up to about 2' tall... and keep it in vegitative state... that will be your mother plant... when its 2' or so tall clip your clones, grow your clones to about 1.5' to 2' tall and flower those. Just keep clippin clones off your mother plant and flowering your clones... if you flower just that one plant youre gonna have to keep fucking around with seeds all the time which is exactly what you dont want... it takes too long.

Keep in mind that when you cut clones off a plant that is lets say...3 months old... the genes in your clones are now 3 months old and as soon as they have rooted and shown at least 2" of growth you CAN flower them! Although most people grow their clones up at least a foot or two. Or if youre like me I flower once they are chest high lol but its all about how much room you have to work with... you can cram a lot of small plants into a space or grow em up big n tall... its totally up to you bro.

But once u have grown a plant from seed dont flower it!! Just clip clones it shaves off like 6 weeks of BS fuckin around with seeds all the time. Also you dont even know if that is even gonna be a female plant!! but with clones, once u have your female mother plant ..ALL your clones will be 100% guaranteed females!!

hey search my forums your plants are not ruined by streching . i have done grows that do this effect on purpose i have streched my seedlings to 1 foot b4 i decided to adject them to the right light you need to get Daylight 6500K 100W bulbs like 6 bucks 10 for a socket hook up keep checks on my forums i am doing a Stress grow now that helps new growers showing some things are give and take during certain conditions your plant just needs lights and a fan to stir the leaves to build a good stalk other wise you might have to stake for a day and add dirt near hte base to hold it up and let the air blow over it

It looks like shit, but it can be fixed! :D

ditch the foil, because foil is loaded full of fail. you already took care of the stretch. im not too confident in your soil's draining capabilities. it looks like muddy diarreah, and get those lights right on that bitch.. that growth is garbage for two weeks so you'll probably want to wait a little longer before you go to 12/12 because your plant honestly looks about 5 days old with proper growth

like i said though it's still salvagable at this point, hey everyone's learning. i have worse failures every time i try something new. it's part of the game and the fun of being experimental with it!
