First grow 2 weeks in (PICS)

I been growing for 2 weeks under 4 t5 lights and only giveing it water and letting it get its nutes from the soil since it has bat guano and worm casting.

I dont have a ph monitor i know stupid but the store never sent it to me.

So im doing this by sight.Its 3inches big at 2 weeks i dont know if this is bad or not first grow so im clueless.Also im running the light 24/7 and only give it water when i find the dirt to be dry also keep it in a tent.One of the leaves looks odd in the middle root.
Only other nutes i have is "bud candy" dont know when to give it.

I like 18/6 over 24/0 for veg lighting, but that's just me. 3 inches at 2 weeks is a good height (not too lanky). Watering should be done when the pot feels light and the dirt is dry 2 inches down (sounds like you go that down). Bud candy you can start a few weeks into flowering.

Thanks for your input anything wrong with giveing the plant 24/7 light?Im rarely fit to take care of the plants lighting since im high most the time thats why i leave it on.

No, there's nothing wrong with it. I just like to let my plants have a dark period to rest, that's all. A timer is very easy to setup and is about $10.

I also use 24/0 lighting with floros, If i was using mh I would run 18/6 to save one electricity.
