first grow! 2 week of flowering

hello everyone! i am growing 4 plants, and they are all on their 2 week of flowering. one of my girls is budding way faster and the others are just starting to bud! are my other three plants not as good? or do i just have one plant that is a super plant or something? haha.

the last picture is of the plant that is way farther along than the rest.
 
good lookin plants the faster budding plant may be due to genetics im sure Im sure theres nothing to worry about, what strain?
 
are they from seed? then its just a really fast flowering phenotype, hope u got a clone of it. Plants look awesome
 
great looking plants. your lighting is very good . 4 plants under the 600 is very bright. and the cfl. your going to have a very nice yield ! keep up the good farming.
