first grow - 13 days flowering. problems

what is this,

the leaves, look at them closely. doesnt look like mites to me. some kind of def., i imagine.

one of my better looking tops

the leaves, they have a patterned white spots on them and some of the leaves turn left or right at their ends.

lighter white spots are mites, look at the ubderside of the leafs, if you see small things they are mites and/or there eggs

there is nothing on the bottom of any of the leaves that have it, nothing.

could that symptom be caused by ph imbalance?
