First go around

Hello,
I have a 2 plant set up in a closet.I am using two fluorescent lights, one is a 200w fluorescent that appears to be more white, the other is a 125 w that hangs to the side, pretty much boxing the plants in with light.My question is, will the two different spectrum lights affect the bud. Both plants are about 45 days into flower and the bottoms are about 50% red and orangeish hair.

Yes, you really should look into some proper lighting, at least find out the spectrum and kelvin temp of your bulbs.
There's a sticky in this forum on lighting, you should take a look at it.

i personally use both spectrum of bulbs in my grow the bright and the cool that would be 6500k and 2700k the 65 is primarily for veg and the 27 for flowering. its suggested you vary the spectrum giving the plant all the blue and red it needs.
