the sick baby pics are the first, fourth, fifth,sixth,ninth,eleventh an twelvth!!its jus the 1 bad camera but i say ya can see the problems, i was advised to add some chicken manure??

idk what n-p-k chicken manure is but your girls are looking good. have you given your girls and nutes sense the 13th? i would check runoff next watering.

my Dinafem Critical + has just germainated, well in the last 3 days as i havent checked it since then<<>>???? thats been 4 weeks altogether, 2 in the peat pods and 2 in paper towel an water, wierd,ive just potted it so lets hope for some progress!!

Ok ive a few questions now, my babys are under 24/7 fluro's 18w cool whites, 3 of them, is there a way i can alter the lighting or something to get em to start gettin bigger and bushier, its been just over 3 weeks now, as you can see my setp consists of me putting on my MH but to be honest i dont want to be running it just yet, what benifits are me adding another fluro like the ones in my homemade holder and say sticking 2 x 20w aquarium daylight bulbs in alongside the 2 x 18w cool white bulbs.
The 3 x 18w cool whites i have on them now each have 1350 lumens each, in not sure what lumens the aquarium bulbs are but must be more, any an all advice as i said is needed, i have a mate who is growing just under aquarium/terranium cfl's and his lighting schedule is very different to anything ive heard, he has been giving them 12/12 at the beginning and now 18/6 then he said when to flower back to 12/12, is there a way i can alter my lighting/watering/nutes to push em a wee bit...should i drop em into some bigger pots as the ones i have are not big at all?? thanks again!!!

so your saying your critical+ took 4 weeks to start growing? the first couple of week of the plants life is slow. the more leafs your plants get the faster they can grow, depending on your grow condition like heat, air flow, water, nutes, co2, ect. ect. if you have good lighting and your plants have short and bushy in their genetics they will grow that way. i use a 105watt cfl for each of my 2 veg boxes. they are 7150 lumen each, and the box is about 8 cubis feet. if you have roots coming out of your pots, it's time to transplant. my guess he starts with 12/2 till plants show sex, then switches to 18/6 to veg them so they get a little bigger, then back to flowering. hope that helps, and if you have more questions don't be afraid to ask, we all nedd help from time to time.

well exactly what i mean, firstly no the critical took 4 weeks to crack and germinate, theres still no sprout...my other 5 x bubba kush(1 which has a bit of leaf deformation) is what im on about, 1 of them has great leaf growth im just wondering i only have them under 3 x 18w standard cool white fluro's and they seem to be growing fine its just is there any way i can get em getting bigger...faster, should i add another light, when is the time i should switch my 600w MH on / how long should i leave em under the fluros??? all that kinda info!!! have a look, i will upload some more pics in a hour

i would add more cfl's or just put them under the 600. i run a 400 so i dont know how far away to put your 600, or how much heat it will put out. if your soil ph is off you will get deformed leafs from certain nutes not getting used by the plant. hope that helps.

hello all, heres some new pics, im not realy keeping track of the exact time of these plants but they are somewhere around the 4 - 5 week old, i will be adding some more lights to my fluro setup next week but until then they seem to be healthy and growing well, im using 4 drops of baby bio to 2 litres of water now and they seem to like it, the deformed one seems to be picking up but still a bit on the wierd side!!

theres a very light mild smell coming from the tent and its just nice!!

would me say transfering my plants into bigger pots and switching on my 600w metal halide start em going faster then there going now, or should i keep em goin under the fluros for another few weeks?????

i would switch to the 600. are there roots coming out the bottom of the pot? if so then yes its time to transplants. i like to get a nice root ball before i transplant into a bigger pot, almost root bound but not yet. i'll pull then plant out of the pot to check the roots if i have to.

will switchin to the 600mh speed the growing proccess up?? other than say addin another 4 cfl's to that fixture i made?? what would the difference in growing time do ya reckon!

come to think of it if i do transfer into bigger pots i may aswell switch the 600 on as the lights i have now wouldnt cover 5 big pots under it!!

and is it time for me to start addin nutes?? as i said im only giving it tiny bit of baby bio!!

from the size of them i would say yea you can transplant now into a bigger pot. just dont go to, to big of a pot. you can start nutes now if you want, but i would start out at 1/4 strength first and see how they react to the nutes and transplant. then go from there.

hi all heres some new pics from my grow, they have been takin from my iphone 3g so quality not as good, foliage is looking nice too, i am gonna switch on my 600w today and want to know how far away from the plants should it be?? any info , thanks!!!

heres some pics of some nutes from my local garden store, can anyone recommend or advise me on usin any them as i dont wanna fuk everythin up, i can wait an order online but if it works with theese it be cool

a 600 should be about 21" i think from tops of plant. i would use back of your hand to test heat after you got it hooked up and running. i dont see a n-p-k on any of those bottles of nutes. a n-p-k of 3-1-1 i think is good for veg. ive read a couple threads of people using MG veg nutes for veg. i use gh flora series 3 part plus koolbloom now for start to finish. hope that helps some. what is the new pot size you transplanted into?

ive just switched the 600w MH on and turned my inline fan on, ac fan on and leaving the top of the tent open as if the outline goes on it sounds very loud, am waiting for to put this on for flowering, could anyone tell me is 3 weeks on this 600 good enough for veg then to flower as 18hrs of 600 watts is a lot of power...any info thanks!!!
