Nice setup do you have pics? I'm still working on my set up. How many plants do you think can grow to their best potential under one 1000

Capture and use the heat from the 1000 too take of some off the brrrrrrrrr. And yes, growing has made many greener in more ways than one way. Well done.

hey spookie, hope you're well.

16 is probably too many for one 1000w (even w/ that big kahuna hood).
but since you've started from seed, you'll be losing some males. also i know your first plants will be smaller since you're really just flowering to determine sex this time.

good job on the energy bill.
i'll let you know how much ours jumps w/:

2 x 1000ws
450 cfm fan
4 smaller fans
one 8 tube 4 ft T5

I have bloomed up to 9 plants under a 600w HPS. I would have liked to use a 1000w HPS but current funding does not allow that. I have yielded 29+oz from 9 plants in 5 gallon hydro buckets under 600w HPS in 9 weeks. Vegged for 7-9 weeks (strain dependent):leaf:.
