first clones not doing so well

Im no expert but Id bet its the cool temps you are talking about and maybe the humidity, you should invest in a dome and one of those heating pads for seedling. I have some clones going right now. Its my first go at it, they are 10 days old and perky but no roots have poked out my rapid rooters yet.

7 bulbs too many and maybe you gave that baby nutrients. And maybe you're overwatering it too.

It's tiny. What are all those lights for? One would do it for now if it was in the right spot.

get a clear soda bottle and cut it in half and put the bottom end over the clones as a dome this will keep them humid and living while they are making roots. the only way they can get water now is through their leaves keep the dome on until things look better it will take 1-2 weeks to get roots.

temps can speed up or slow down the rooting keep clones at a steady 80 they seem to root quicker

Thanks for the ideas guys. The dome is a good idea...I was trying for that but its no good if the lights are in the dome :). I had been debating taking out half the lights...they are low wattage but 8 is a lot of light for those guys. I'm about to do that and dome em. I was also worried about overwatering, but can you overwater by spraying the leaves? I only have watered the soil once (it's still quite moist) I have not given these guys nutes, but that's another worry. Miracle Grow organic is a big ? as far as nutrients really. I'm sure it would kill them but I almost want to give them like an 1/8 strength dose of nutes. They are still looking very wilted and the leaves turning yellow/orange...but otherwise I still hope they can bounce back. Thanks again.

they'll come around dont give em any nutes until they are firmly rooted right now they are taking moisture from the air and some from the soil. the domes go over just the plant, not the lights as you said in the last post. misting is'nt nessisary if you got a dome to keep in humidity to the plant. yellow leaves are normal as long as the top cluster of leaves stays fresh you should be ok. mist only if they look droopy. the problem with misting is it can cause mildew in cooler temps and if the plant is getting water from its leaves it wont try as hard to get water from its roots resulting in longer time to get rooted.

by lights in the dome, i meant i had a dome over the plants but the lights were inside.

either way this is the new set-up, seems to be helping them out.

there are some thrips as well, we shall see how these girls do..

i like your ammendment. that will work good keeps the humidity in dont worry too much about the yellowing leaves this is normal at about the 2 week marker you'll see these things start looking better.

i've got a few that that look like they are yellowing but are of a strain i dont want to lose. i've seen worse just keep emin the domes and warm the longer they stay green the better your chances of success.
