First CFL grow, plants already started!

So I already started my grow a week ago and i made a new grow box and i have the lights set up and i got a fan blowing on it. I wanted to see if anybody would gladly walk me through my first time growing plants inside

(Also gonna put up pictures of my setup and plants tommorow)

So I have 6 6500k daylight cfl's
Ive got 3 2000k warm white cfl's
But right now I only have 4 6500k cfl's running on the top of my plants and 3 2000k running on the side of all my plants
I got a $25 70 watt metal halide bulb but I don't know how to freakin run it. I did some research on it and you need a certain ballast for it, but where would i get a ballast for it and how expensive would it be
my grow box is pretty small too, so im gonna do some lst and maybe top them

return the bulb. i made the same mistake and dont know enough about electronics to figure out the ballast problem, it seems as though you dont either
