Have been looking around for a related thread to mine for help but cant see one.
Im going to start growing shortly and need a little guiding and help along the way.
I have decided to use cfls; as a cheaper alternative.
Have been looking around for Y adaptors but cant find a UK store that sells them; i am also wondering how you attach all these adaptors together to be powered by a single power socket.
Any help is much apretiated, thanks

try to check pc grow case grows or how to make one, you could learn how to wire the sockets/cfls and where they bought them, goodluck!

Hi Collie, I would be a little cautious when using electrical components which aren't widely available in local or domestic hardware stores. I couldn't find them easily here either, so opted against ordering some from the US (or worse ebay) just in case they weren't stress tested with UK voltages. You should also make sure the fuse can handle double the number of bulbs.

Let us what you decide.

I will have that in mind if i do go along with the CFLs; cheers sunnyjim. May of had a change of decision, possibly use a Digital 250W Grow Light; you reckon this will be ok (temperature wise) in a space of H(85)L(65)D(40). Growing in a discuised chest of drawers is my plan. Cheers for the usefull replied
