First cfl closet grow

Hey guys, here are my hopeful girls. Living in a new country and supplies were extremely limited but i hope can get a decent yield out of it. Have had them under 24-0 for two weeks now. Soil is kinda budget but i put a nitrogen stick in to help the veg. 4 92 w bulbs 1260 lumens. Going to add 4 more all i could find were 2700k's so we will see what happens. Any tips?

If you are still in veg then you shouldnt use those bulbs. Use 6100k Daylight, the ones you are using are Soft White which is used for flowering. Cheers!

Im up in a remote village in northern europe. Highest i could find anywhere was 2700k

Oh I re read your post and figured thats all you could find. Btw, how much bigger do you want her to be? your space could be a problem soon enough. Are you going to top her? You could also switch to 12/12 already given the fact that your plant has a decent size for the room you have, and you also have the bulbs so I would consider it if it were me.

I was planning on moving then into a taller box i had made. I still dont know their sex so i want to get them as big as i can before flower. Nervous to try any grow techniques topping, defloration, etc considering its my first grow and i have had to cut corners big time on the lights, soil, and space. Would you recommend topping?

When you start to bud use both 6500 k and the 2700 k mixing all spectrum s really does help over all yeilds look at my journal entries and youll see im growing with nothing but.cfls

I topped my first plant and personal ly I think it helped gain more bud makes 2 main colas instead of one and u can get the lights pretty close which is key to getting the best out of cfls

you have internet in that remote village right?? 1000bulbs.com, they will ship you all the CFL's that you want. 6500K veg 2700K flower, and add an UVB CFL for more trichrome production in flower.
are your lights above the plants or just in table lamps?? you want the light to go down, not up, hang lights above the plants.
Other than that, looks pretty good man, keep up the good work, and enjoy the fun of growing

If you use cfl's wisely and mix all the spectrums the results could be very rewarding
