First Attempt Grow With CFL's

how did you get the lights like that wht are the cfls in that is small like that? im so confused

yea.. this my first grow ever and im gonna use up all 10 seeds that i orderd..and i been looking at some other strains as well... will see i saw some cool indicas that im planning to grow after my first batch of seeds

grow them 2 at a time...unless you get a hid those cfls will only cover 2 big plants

i jus took that bar from my closet and lowerd it... and my CFL's are on some Clamp on lamps wich are being clamped on the bar that i lowerd

yea i was thinking of getting a 250 watt HPS/MH Grow Lamp ... but that wont be till later ... so for now im only gonna do 2 plants at a time jus getting my feet wet

where did you get the clamps (home depot, lowes, where ever else)

they sell those clamps at your local home improvement center. tool shop

yea i baught my lamps at home depot for 7 bucks a pop

i got a couple of those that im gonna use forclones probably 4 42 watts if not that im waiting on t5s

the ones i got are 27 watt ... gonna buy some 55 watt ones online

get the 125 watt cfl

How much would a good 100watt cfl cost? I was thinking about going to home depot or lowes to pick some up, rather then having a few 23 watters spread out, due to space, and I want the plant to grow better.

a 105 watt Equivalent 500 watts is about no more than 25$ a bulb....a 150 watt Equivalent 500 watts about 50$ a bulb and the 200 watt Equivalent 600 watts is about 70$ a bulb

Thanks. I have seen some people who have plugged there cfls into a power strip, but does anyone have a link for what the connecter looks like?
