Is there any perlite in your soil ? Also plants stretch when the light is too far away . How far away is your light and what is it ?

the temp is around 60. the only nutes is mg food plant

1. paint those walls flat white paint.
2. get the light closer, that plant is very stretched.
3. when asking for help make sure to provide detailed info on the grow like ph, watering, nutes, what are you using for lighting, distance from plants, temperatures, grow medium, etc.

FoxFarm Ocean forest mixed with Light warrior 2 to 1. I use this and works good for a base. Or build your own soil is the best. Super soil is one and there are threads on here for building diff. soils. Use google to search rollitup its a better engine than RIU.
And I think your PH was pretty wack on that plant. Did it happen almost over night when the leave wrinkle up crispy?

try miracle gro potting mix. you dont have to add any nutes because there are already some in the soil. as long as you dont water it too often and flush the nutes out then you should have an easy grow. check out my sig, i am using miracle gro and my plant looks great.

hope not the suff with the nutes in it because if it gets over watered will cause a problem and that shit just sucks to flush. organic is fine

i would stay away from any hot soil and just mix your own soil and its cheap and i know whats in it
if u need the recipe i use let me know and i will find it wherever i missplaced it at lol
or i could google u some
makes a lot better growing medium
plants love it
and only nutes is what u add later

what soil, light, and other equipment are you using? How old are they? Cannabis grows best in temps of 76 to about 84. It is ok for the temp to go down 10 degrees or so when the lights are out. Also bblz is right you need to bring the light closer so they don't have to reach for it. Also, like bblz said, read read read and read some more. Prior to my first grow I read and watched video after video (you tube has a lot of good grow vids) until my eyes bled. There is a ton of great info on this forum. But, don't go overboard as well and over complicate. Nothing has harmed or killed more plants than growers using tons of different nutes, different mediums etc etc and 'loving their plants to death'. Remember cannabis is a weed, it wants to grow. This time it seems you went way the opposite way, just planted a seed in some soil and put a light on it. Consider it a learning experience. BTW they don't look dead, just need a bit of TLC. Cannabis is a very resilient and forgiving plant. Try moving the light closer and if you are using MG soil, do not ad any more nutes until well into flowering.

I have only used miracle grow with perlite added for drainage cause its easy to get and has worked for me also . Ratio of soil 2 or 3 to perlite 1 - I try to keep it simple . I also put a tablespoon of lime in for every gal of material in the pot and mix real good in a clean trash can I only use for that . I have another can I keep a lid on with my water in it (33 gal.) I fill it with water at least a day beforeI plan on watering so it sits for 24 hours before it touches my plants .
