First Aerogarden Grow - First Grow In 4 Years

Hey Folks - Just joined up a few days ago. I broke down and bought the Aerogarden Pro 200 series after seeing some great results out of it. Just wanted to share my grow with you guys and take any advice that anyone might have. I'm not new to growing, but very new to growing with the Aerogarden. I'm still in the process of setting up my grow room, but I do have things going. I germinated some AK-47 seeds in the Aerogarden(big mistake) and out of 5 seeds only 1 successfully germinated(These are Serious AK-47 by the way). But I'm glad to say that the AK is doing well except the first two mature leaves are turning a little yellow. I planted the seeds on August 27th, so we're about 2 weeks and 1 day old on the AK. On Sept 7th I planted 4 TH Seeds Stinky Pinky and it looks like 2 are taking off pretty well. Those are the two smaller ones, so we're just a few days old on those. Hope to keep this updated every week with the progress and hope I've got some little girls coming for sure. Thanks for looking and I'll be glad to take any advice for anyone with some experience with the Aerogarden. Right now I'm using General Hydro FloraGro nutes at half strength since the Aerogarden resovoir isn't quite a gallon. Along with the 3 Aerogarden CFL's I have a dual CFL ballast on the right of the cabinet and a 2 tube 4ft T-8 with 6500K lights. I'm hoping to get a 2ft 4tube T-5 here in the next couple of week.

Those are looking great brother! What nutes are you using if you don't mind me asking? I was scared to use the AG nutes for fear they would be to harsh. My roots on the one AK seem to be a little brown, and I don't know if its a nute deficiency or if it were due to the "still water" in the reservoir. I'm thinking about putting a small pump and a bubble stone in the tank to keep the water oxygenated. There are tons of roots on the AK, but it seems really small compared to your's after seeing you're growth from Aug 11-Aug 23rd..your's are twice the size of mine. Thanks again!

No problem bro ,, I use the aerogarden tomatoes nutes at 1 tablet per week.. An air stone is a MUST , and fill your res to the brim never mind that fill to here thing

One more question buddy and I'll leave you alone for the night. Which AG nute is the "tomatoe"one? The large or small? Actually never mind dude I was reading over your thread and saw where you said you use 1 big tab per week. I'm going to add 2 more small ones and then switch to the large ones next week. I do appreciate the help. Running to grab and air stone.
