This post is about slow growth. Here is all the specifications that i see ppl being asked for when they make the usual "help me" post and dont give out any details except for the problem.

I just started my first indoor growth early this month, actually my first grow ever. im growing in a 100x100x180 grow tent. using a 400w MH for veg and then switching to a 400w hps for flower.
(sorry if im using cm and celcius im from europe, hope its not an issue)
I feel like i have the basics under control, i have the room ventilated, a fan to blow at the stems, purchased the seeds "White Widow" from a good seedbank, growing in biobizz all mix soil and have been using rootjuice so far twice a week. (i have fertilizer for the rest of the grow, but i havent used it yet.
i have been watering my seedlings/small plants every 2nd day until the water ran out the bottom and the top of the soil has been alowed to dry out in between waterings.
My bulb is 20-25 cms from the top of the plants top. (a little higher maybe 5-10 cm in the first 4-5 days until i lowered it)
The only issue that i can think of that i have is, im growing in the cold north, and im growing in my addict wich measure a temperatue of 2-7 degrees celcius outside the tent. When the lights are on the temperature in the tent doesnt drop below 17.5 degrees celcius.
At night the temperature is slightly higher because i have a timer that stops the exaust fan that is connected to my carbon filter, therefore drasticly diminishing the amount of cold outside air getting drawn into the tent.
Another timer turning an oilheater 400w on 30 mins before the lights go off wich radiates heat in the tent.. im currently comparing to another guys grow log and his plants just seems to develop better than mine. he is a beginner aswell. we are growing different strains but still, they followed eachother up until around day 11-12
Now his is just going mental, they have 3 sets of fanleaves and they are way more developed than mine, he is also growing from seeds, im currently at day 17 from germination.
day 1-3 germination.
day 3-7 in soil without artificial lighting (i had to get a normal reflector but cool tube didnt heat the room enough.
day 7 -17 under a 400w mh.
I started them up in 1/2 Liter pots and repotted them at day 16 to 6.5 liter pots.
The best developed plant is around 4 cm tall and have its second pair of fanleaves, and just about to develop the 4 new fanleaves at the intersection of the second ones. the first set of fanleaves is roughly 6 cm wide from the end of one to the other. the worst developed one just has its first set of fanleaves.
I know this is difficult without pictures and if they are really neccesary i will make an effort to upload one.
I guess this post is about 2 things, either im doing something wrong and need to correct that. or they are fine and i need to stop being a baby and get over my "first grow" syndrome. All tips are very welcome and sorry for the huge wall of text.
