That's crazy I'm really new so don't know about all that

Dude, my house flooded in june under full lockdown. Mold came and I couldnt remove it fast enough so I had to get a company in...I had these girls started for the summer indoor grow that takes care of my wife and I all year. I had to pack everything up and I moved them to the deck the day I found mold 3 rooms from the grow room. So I freaked out and just left them. Then they got too big and I threw a few in the ground. I just dug a hole and left them for weeks. I fed them a 1 times i think. When they started to flower I have cared for them like I do my indoor. The ones in pots and the ones in the ground are all sisters of 3 strains. Interesting to see the difference for sure. I really wanted to do a few outside just to eff around this year because its legal. I never intended to do this and I have so much to learn. The caging process is hard to figure out the right way for my plants and the way they grew because of the topping i do.

I feed them all exact too. Look at the yellowing i get on the potted ones. The dirt ones are flawless. I have grown all of these strains before and this yellowing I have never seen before. Im no pro either but my guess is they are just hungry for more. Maybe roots too big for 7 gallon and just needs more..I usually have them in big containers. I fed them 3 days ago and I am gonna feed them again tomorrow to see if i can get this yellow under control.

And just to see if i can push my luck....If any of you guys are good at determining issues please take a look at the pic that has my tractor in it. You can see the yellow on the outside of leaves. I have never seen that before. I have grown this about 3 times and they always did well. Her sister is right beside her and not one indication of that type of yellowing. And it appears I had a tick or something on my phone camera. Sorry about that.

That's awesome yeah I should of put some in ground we have 7 acres and I'm screwing around with pots lol what do you average yield off each ?

No idea. I don't have a scale lol. I have some buddies that were in the military I take car of and my wife has a medical condition. Is jars a legit measurement? Haha. Yield has proven one thing to me. Light matters. I ran the same strain under 2 600 hps with a 200 watt t5, then 1000 w of t5, and 2 600w equivalent led (first time).

I found the almighty hps still wins. T5 took a 3rd place, and led really...really..blew my mind I guess. Total package results minus the heat. I may be making a change very soon. The finished product was by far the best but weight and very solid quality went to the hps power house.

When I say weight I mean siE and denseness of buds. The t5s were really fluffy and looked like alot but when I would compare it was night and day.

So that's my answer to anyone on yield. And if history says anything to me it's telling me right now that the sun is theeeee best. I never in my life after 8 or 9 years of trial and error and then getting solid as fuck, these outdoor plants in dirt are 600 percent better in every category. Even the outdoor plants in pots trump anything I have grown in that time frame as far as flowering process, tight tight nodes, longest colas I have ever seen in person, and the growth time and recovery time from topping has been records across the board outdoors.

I still consider myself a seasoned rookie. Get a system that works and tweak it. Then listen to guys that know and and always say thank you when you get it.

I totally agree with you on the sun I use Mars hydro 2000 for inside I have 6 of them and they do well for a cheap light and being led but nothing like my outdoor your right about that

Thanks brother. I wrote that down. Do you have a thread going or anything so I can watch your progress and learn?
I don’t have any threads rn, I usually just come on here to find large outdoor plants with yields marked on em so I can compare them to my own and make guesses on final weight lol... cuz there’s a half a dozen lads on here that act like there 9 years old and just sit on waiting for a question about yield so they can cry “about a pound” , or try to b funny and say “all the pounds” or try to be smart by saying “there’s too many variables” lol, may start a thread though soon I been growing since 2007

The plant on the hill on an angle with 3 big stalks rounding up, is a monster crop clone of gorilla skittles from my tent run, she blew up huge eh! Doubled or tripled since the end of July/first of August .. she’s bout 6ft tall now and 7ft wide, bout 5ft thick on the thin side but easily 6.5-7ft wide.. she wasn’t even that huge a month ago she looked like she was gonna yield a quarter pound at most when all said n done! Haha guess I’m wrong she’s a 9-14oz plant

You going to cage them up at all? If so please keep me posted on how you do that. I have 100 ideas but i like to learn from guys that know instead of assuming. I have read quite a few posts where guys are like 8th grade girls. I dont even own a scale. I have been at it about 8 or 9 years. Indoors i feel my system is solid. Outdoors....Well thats why im here posting in public lol. I need help. How can we keep in touch on here>?

This year I put tomatoe cages in when they were 14-20 inch tall plants when I could barely even fit them in, them bent the branches under the cage, but I don’t rly recommend doing that with all your plants I’d put a shorter smaller heavy duty round cage in by staking rebar into the ground a few on each side of the plant then stabilize ur round cage to that with zip ties or sumthing like that.. that’s what I do then mid to late veg add the bigger 4ft tall round cage in for that flower support, I only have a round cage on this c99xblueberry then the short one at the end is caged as well it’s a monster crop clone of 8ball kush my best pheno she produces rocks for buds lol. the middle plant with the trellis is a clone too a gorilla zkittlez all 3 are flowering rather late though we already had a few frost warnings in the last week or two nothing happend yet but we’ve had sum cold nights! The 8ball should b fine, not sure how resistant gorilla glue x skittles is though.. I got all my pots and totes in a 12x11.5ft greenhouse i’l put a heater in there on low after supper an run it til early in the morning if I have to when we get into October

Man you must not have any deer around they are 12 of my plants
I have at least 4 deer on my property. 1 has twins every year. Me and the youngest boy were fishing on our pond and saw 3 bucks roll up 2 weeks ago. I have an apple tree that brings all the boys to the yard. I lost one plant complete when I transplanted in dirt. Nothing has touched anything but our veggie garden. The bunnies got them and then my cat got the bunnies as I found a leg the other day. The trail the deer use to get from the back of the property to the front is actually between the plants LOL. Next year I will have a really sweet framed out garden. Im pretty handy but didnt have the time to commit this spring. Fishing with my kids is far more important. LOL.

I have grown more c99 than anything over the years. That strain is the heaviest biggest producer I have ever grown. Thats why I like to try other strains with c99 mixed. Its fast as hell and the yield is legit. Not to mention my buddies who have ptsd from war love it for daytime. We hit the upper 40s last night.....I am going to tractor supply today to load up to get some cages going. Now if only my wife would help.......

Yessir, this is the greenhouse jus a lil 12x11ft .. the two far into flower (week 6+) are lemonade OG x freezelands same as my monsters in the ground one bud a day is starting to rot tho and I had to cut off quite a bit off the one with the big buds, cut about an oz off it today seems like it’s about a 80-85gram plant, other one has smaller buds and I harvested bout a half quarter off her so far due to the beginning of rot this week... Donno if it’s the humidity trapped inside the greenhouse at night with 6-7 plants jammed in there that 30gal tote plant is like 6’4ft with the tote now and 5-6ft wide taking up sum space now ..leaving them outside tonite and the rest have more room now

My c99 x blueberry fast version is stacking up to be real heavy I can tell by the formation, but it’s my latest plant to transition! I don’t understand it, plant won’t be done for another 30+ days and that’s if they flower real quick. More like October 13-18 seems about rite , I’m hoping to harvest em earlier than that
