Yes, go back to school.
It's worth it.
And if you're thinking about going on to College, you can look up stuff that your interested in, find out what courses are required and bring your marks up in them if you already have them. They will take that into account as you being someone who is serious about moving on with your education :)

Gonna graduate this year, I think it's worth it.

Until the economy took a crap i was making 22 dollars an hour as a heavy equipment operator. Not really much until you consider the 60+ hour weeks I could regularly work. I used to fight game roosters semi profesionally until it was finaly outlawed. I walked out of school on my 16 birthday. Today i made about 1,200 dollars mostly legaly. This morning I was running a hydraulic excavator with an electromagnet loading scrap at a demolition site. In the afternoon I cashiered/managed my parents buissiness. Right now i am guarding a buissiness all night via dvr/internet camera because the place has been getting burglarized and surfing this site at the same time. I can't spell for shit. i've worked since i was 16. I'm high as hell and life is good although i'm tired alot . If your not lazy or stupid you can still make something of yourself in this newfangled age without an edjumucation but why would you want to?

I do know i've led a more interesting, exciting and dangerous life than i would have if i'd gone to college and worked in a cubicle all my life an wouldn't change that.

Imagine all the things you could learn if you finished school. About yourself mostly. I know it sounds stupid but imagine the feeling of that accoplishment. Just my opinion.

I would graduate so if you ever do plan to go to college, you wont have to finish highschool first! I graduated hs in 07 and have only completed my general ed threw a community college. Ive been makings 60k+ starting a landscaping business thats lawn maintenance specific. I dont really have time to continue school at the moment so I can build but in the future it is a possibility. You dont need a college degree, but I definitely would prepare for the worst. Atleast get the hs degree. I was fucked up on oxycottin, morphine and various hallucinogens all four years in class and still managed to pass

I finished high school, and am in college right now for electrical technologies and couldn't be happier. That being said, if your willing to work manual labor you can pull in a very respectable salary with or without any type of formal diploma/degree. Most the people I work with in my trade, and talk to in the trades around me don't really have any formal training. Just learned the trade on the job and are doing pretty well for themselves. It is getting harder and harder to get into some of these jobs though without some type of certificate, but still possible. But yes, I'm very happy I finished and if I did not then I would certainly be attending an adult highschool right now. (Really for me I would be returning even if it helped me career wise in no way simply because you can hold your head a bit higher knowing your that much more educated)

I got bored with school so I dropped out in 11th grade. I actually graduted and got a HS diploma from a local community college before my HS class graduated. I started a job making not so great money as a welder when I was 18, and worked there until I was 24. I started growing weed at 21 with the help of an older friend to teach me. I got bored with my life and the idea of being in a rut when I was about 25, so I joined the army. I deployed to Afghanistan early 2007, and was blown up by an double stacked Anti-tank mine around christmas...medivaced to Bagram airfeild for one month and was RTD. I got out of the army recently and now have a job with the USPS. I make decent money, and have a pretty good life.

I wish that I would have gone to college. Other than that, i don't think I would change a thing.

Stay in school, and if you go to college, go for something that isn't already saturated. Pick a field tat will always be around, or in demand.

I would say with education, go as far as you possibly can. Knowledge is power these days and if you want a job where you can accomplish everything you want. I know people leave early, most people I know actually think it was the biggest mistake of there lives leaving school. I know at the time it's much easier to leave and you really want a break. If I where you, get the best education you can, which will ensure that you can get the job you want and keep working your ass of until you get there, can be hard at times but trust me, will be well worth it though.

Generally speaking you're right, but I know people with a masters in marine biology that work at target.
