Finding Feral Cannabis in Colorado

Has anybody seen this around? I've heard that you can find feral cannabis (i.e. descendants of WWII hemp) in Eastern CO, but have never seen it with my own eyes. Anybody know where, relatively speaking, this can be found? Would love to run into it in the wild and would appreciate any input.

I'm guessing you're a lot more likely to find someone's guerrilla grow than wild hemp untouched for 70 years. Besides if you're talking actual hemp it may contain cbd but no thc.

I agree with looking for them in ditches and field run off from farms. Might surprise ya. And if youre on a field with cattle, might as well look for some caps while youre hunting feral hemp

Have seen the feral WWII cannabis all over Iowa/Nebraska/Indiana and even a bit in Wisconsin and Michigan when traveling, but just curious about it in CO. I know it won't get you high, just interested on an academic level. It is super interesting that it has adapted to the local environment over 70 years of running wild and reproducing as an invasive species. Has anybody ran into it in Colorado? Practically nobody lives in East CO so I doubt anybody will hit me back on this lol.

I'm up in the mountains and don't get down that way often. I know there's a couple guys on here from the front range. Keep the thread going for a while, somebody that knows might see it.
