finally made it out to CA to grow medical marijuana, now need a location. HELP!!!

hello all, i just moved out here to LA, CA to start a collective & grow medical marijuana. i have been with a lawyer & made sure to get all the paper work needed to do this legally. coming from florida where its illegal i am not sure how to go about renting a place to cultivate. im lookin to get out of the city but stay in LA county being that they are more liberal on the issue. if anyone has any tips for me i would appreciate it. im not sure if to rent a house or a warehouse. do i tell the landlord? is san bernandino, riverside, ventura, kern county also good to cultivate?

move to the desert police know iam growing and lots range from 1-2 acres

thanks for the heads up. can u be a lil more specific about location. i was looking towards lancaster, antelope, lake los angeles, i am from florida so i am not very familiar with the ares. what counties should i look for. thanks once again

im in hesperia its like an hour from LA 25 minutes from San bernardino

i dont think you wanna b in the city mutha fukas will jack its better if you live somewere remote were you have lots of land my neighbors rent for 700 almost 2 acres

i too am from FL but my buddy just moved from huntington beach, CA and he was saying even tho its legal in CA, Fl's weed is still cheaper for the same if not better quality. so really growing in CA should be a lot more profitable

as a florida native i must say that cali bud is way better. i lived in miami, seen all kinds of chronic, good bad & ugly. in fl its all about the weight not quality. they dont cure the bud. quick dry & off to the streets, shit sometimes even wet. i seen it too many times.

it's been a nice lil investment. i drove here from miami & spent about 600 on gas. drove about 3000 miles. not countng that i flew here for a week back in jan to check out the scene & get legal advise. that cost about 1500. flight, legal fees, car rental, hotel, food & gas. it adds up quick. its hard out here everything is more expensive. i suggest u do research make a few contacts here then fly over for a bit & see if its profitable for u

ok thanks for the advise. so the police know of ur op & they cool with it? i wouldnt mind letting the police know if i knew i wouldn't get raided. how big is ur farm? im plannin to stay under the 99 plant limit. i got my doc recommendation in LA is that valid in Hesperia. i also got a recommendation that states i need more than 6 plants, i could have up to 99 myself. i will also grow for other patients but will stay under 99 just in case the fed come by. is hesperia the 420 friendly town i've been looking for?

i had an ansident here were i got jacked for some plants and the cop was being an asshole but he called the commisioner and he changed his act.hesperia is a small town everyone on my side minds there own.. demographics are half white half mexican hardly any blacks so just dont get any esses madd and you would be good.. my neighbors are cool they are white mormons and gives me horse poo for my plants. i would be carefull with a garden that big and would look at growing some monsters by starting early instead of lots of smalls ones monters could give you 2-5 pounds depending on height 99 plants could caus to much attention. they cop said he would get down and dirty for me if i had a county card wich san bernardino county inplaments but were stubborn on doing so but eventually did by court orders i am growing for 3 patients so i would have to register with them for 2 patients but if was for myself i wasnt really nessasary

thanks for the insightful information. i want to grow an indoor hydroponic system. i have never grown monsters before. i usually average over a half a pound per plant. i will start using a advanced nutrients cycle that is suppose to give me bigger yields. so in san bernandino u have to register with the county. also ur patients do they have to live in SB county. does my LA recommendation work other there? & does my recommendation that allows me to posses up to 99 plants for me work over there. im kinda on a time schedule. i have people that invested money for me to set up. i need to get this started asap. my lawyer told me LA county is best for what i want to do. but the city is not where i wanna be. what u do think about lancaster, palmdale, lake los angeles? my lawyer also told me to do it in a warehouse in order not to have trouble with the residential community. im so lost & i want to make the right decision. i dont want to get in trouble but i also want to be able to provide medicine to patients & make a reasonable living for myself & be self employed & not work for no one.

Ventura county or close would probably be a great spot! im a couple hours from ventura and they have dispensaries in santa barbara.

yeah i have some buddies in ventura county toward oxnard. but they tell me its not that great. maybe in their area. i want to be safe & comfortable & not have problems with police. thanks for ur insight
