@50v a CXM22 already sucks 0,8A, @53v up to 1,38A according to the datasheet. One will light up below 45v for sure..
Try the following! Dimm your light down to 10% and measure the dc voltage with a multimeter, than divide it by 2 and you know the minimum voltage each COB needs at ~140mA(10% of 1400mA).
