Fimming /lst on Autos

there seems to be a lot of differing opinions on if Fimming and lst on autos is worthwhile. does anyone do it with theirs, what have you results been like?

I accadently topped an auto an it cut the yield in half.
Natural would be the best imho.

Training adds yield, but takes more veg time.
And you can't control the length of veg time.

Light LST is fine, and even a little lollypoping, but definitely not topping. I grow them outdoors and if they get topped by bugs, critters, whatever I just pull them up. The yield is poor as there is no elongation of the veg period after the stress of topping.

yeah thats what i thought, the stress would just be too much for the plant considering it skips veg. i will continue with light lst as you suggested as i think this will help me overcome my height issues + add str.

what exactly is lollypoping?, sorry ive not heard this term used before.

thanks for pointing me to that thread, this technique seems perfect for my grow set up. will defo give it a go on my NLs. cheers buddy
