Fim, Topping, Or LST?? give me YOUR opinion

title, thanks +rep for any opinions on these techniques

LST all the way it dose not stress the plant as much there is no recovery period and you get multiple main colas

all three depending on strain and my mood. i like bending a little harder than lst to begin early on, followed by any combination of fimming topping and lst. the lst and bending are what i use the most though

personally L.S.T. is the best way to go ,because it doesn't waste any of the plants energy trying to recover like from;topping. You want to start L.S.T. as early as possible, because once you start getting older plants the main stock starts to get really firm & tough to bend & you may end up accidentally topping your plant. I usually do this with super cropping to help keep all my plants @ the same height.

Im a fan of F.I.M because there's very little stress or recovery time plus you don't lose the main cola...

Fim or top till you get a bunch of shooters then lst those imo. =)
