Figuring out lighting

If i were to get this lighting setup would it be enough to produce 2 plants? Also is this light able to be used for all stages of developement? Just that i would change the timing from on all the time to 12/12.

Would it be smart idea to get the seup ulp that has the metal halide and the high pressure sodium bulbs?

what lighting setup?

for two plants, 250w mh and hps for veg/flower would be fine...

but i don't know what you had in mind...

if you wanna grow two plants in a closet,,a 400 watt hps light would be ideal,,from beginning to end

Well looking at my closet and what id like to achieve id like to do 2 females and just keep cloning. so i would do 2 seperate areas. 1 for growth and 1 for flowering. Would it be best to do the MH in the growth or could i get away with just a fluorescent since ill be doing the 2 zones and want to try and keep costs down a little bit. I want to grow some good buds though so if it means splurging and doing MH on one side an HPS on the other im fine with that. If HPS would be good for both im down with that too. I guess id like to try and just keep a nice steady supply going. I dont need to be making pounds at a time but maybe yield 2 or 3 oz every couple of weeks.

I forgot to post the link but thats what i was looking at. I could do 2 of those or maybe 1 250 for growth and then 400 for flowering?

a 250w mh for mothers and veg and a 400w for flowering would work quite nice!!!

but yeah, you could get away with using floro's (like the 4ft shoplights, mix up the bulb spectrum though of both cool and warm tubes)... growth just won't be quite as fast...

Well im probably gonna go with a 250w MH for the mothers and then a 400w for the flowering.

Thanks for the help. Im still planning and designing the setup but i will keep people updated as im sure ill have some good stuff soon.
