FFOF question, help plz

Im gonna be transplanting soon, and the question is - If im transplanting to 7gal pots using FFOF as the medium with just some perlite and mycorrhizae mixed in, when would you suggest I start giving nutrients, I've heard 2 weeks and I've also heard a month.. I know I need to watch my plant to see if there are signs of defficiency but I would just like a good estimate so I can have an idea of how to plan my grow. Thanks guys.

I’d start at 2-3 weeks, I’ve grown in FFOF for ten years and that seems to be about the time, but, start slow for the first couple feedings, like 50%.

I would start at week 3 so the plants have a week to bounce back from transplant, a week of just normal water to get the plant use to the soil and the third week start a light feeding.
I use ffof and use Flora Nova veg and Flora Nova bloom. I start out with 3ml veg when the plants are smaller, 5ml when they reach the teen size, and 7ml for adults. Then when I switch to flower I work the veg numbers back as I add the bloom. So I take it from 7ml veg to 5ml veg and start giving it 3ml bloom, then from 5ml veg down to 3ml veg, and up the bloom from 3ml to 5ml, eventually taking the veg out a quarter to 1/3 in on the flower cycle. Every other feeding is water only to wash away/use up the nutes from the feeding. And 2-3 weeks before harvest you stop all nutes and allow the plant to use it all up while only using water the last few weeks to flush the plants
