FFOF and Pests?

First grow, using FFOF I've noticed a couple leafs with a brown patch and looks like a chew mark here and there. Any idea what type of insect can inflict this damage to the leaves? I looked under a 60x noticed a small clear looking insect, could not get a picture of it. Could it be a thrip? Is there easy, organic ways to get rid of them? Can neem oil, green cleen or BotaninGard ES do the trick? I placed a couple sticky traps around the lower plant. I do keep my area clean and free of any debris. Temps around 79F lights on 72F lights off. RH around 55% to 65% Attached is a picture of a fan leaf I clipped to inspect.

I personally have no idea. I would repost, but with more pics of your plant not just one or two leaves. Hopefully someone knows. Most pests that cause damage can be seen with the naked eye.

Dont look like pests to me.
Hmm, i didnt add any nutrients yet, could the soil cause the issue?

Thanks guys, heres a few pics. Tried to get some decent shots. I was rough on a few parts on the plant unintentionally. I have the shakes pretty bad.
