Few Questions Love Some Insight!

I just have a few questions I would love some insight on:

I have a seedlings about one week old grown inside on CFL bulbs. At what point should I bring them outside. Will they benefit more with the CFL bulbs being so close and direct to them or would the outside sun be the way to go. It's currently about 20oC but there will be some cool night still of like 6° perhaps... But maybe not..

2) This is a question for a separate plant that is flowering indoor with cfl, it's probably halfway through flowering, it's an auto, and never got very big because the light wasn't initially close enough, it's about 4 inches. Would you leave it in front of the CFL bulbs or bring it outside?

Thanks!

If I were you I would put a fan on the little ones to get them used to outdoor conditions. Then start by bringing them outside for a couple hours a day and gradually leave them out longer to harden them off. The plant that is budding I would put outside too and maybe just bring it in at night to keep her warm.
