Few Questions About Putting Autos With My Regular Plants???

Well I have regular photo period plants that have 1 month of veg left and I have 4 Auto Sweet Mangos that the tap root just popped out on. I have a few questions from you guys as this is my first ever attempt at autos as they were freebies. Now if I put them in my grow room with my regular plants for one month of 18/6 and than flip to 12/12 will they still respond well?? Also will putting them in 5 gallon buckets be a waste of soil,I'm wondering cuz everything else is in 5 gallons. I have read a lot of conflicting things on autos so all help will be greatly appreciated!! I know that realistically they will take 10-11 weeks not the 7-9 the seed house claims. Also off 4 plants not being a noob could I yield close a oz a plant?

with autos keep as much light on them as possible. cutting to 12/12 will reduce the yield of autos. as far as yield, i grow mostly outdoors and bring them indoors at night with lights on. this time of year between April and late June my autos yield about 3 oz each. GL

So if the last half of there life cycle they are in 12/12 will the buds be airy and stretched because of less light? I hate to veg my others for a extra month :(,my only other option is to grow them half under 1200 watts of metal halide and than finish them under 230 actual watts of cfl bulbs. Would that make up for not switching them to 12/12?? Has anyone grown out fully under cfl?

i would think under 12/12 the buds will be airy and stretched and of course not as large. never grown that way, just guessing. GL

you would get good buds there are many cfl growers that get great results the only problem with cfl is canopy penetration you would have to lst or lst and lolipop to makeup for the lack of light in the lower area's
