Few clawing leaves. Deficiency or overwatering?

Hi everyone,

I have this Blue Dream with few leaves clawing. It has been like this for a while and I am not sure if this is overwatering or some deficiency! When it was a small seedling few weeks ago, the new leaves were yellowish green but now that is gone and am left with those leaves clawing. I intend to move it to smart pot outdoors in couple of weeks around Victoria day.
Thanks for your help.

@420drummer. Thank you.
Soil: miracle grow potting mix. I think the soil has a tiny amount of sheep manure around 10%. I always water with ph 6.5
Nutrition I use Fox farm big bloom and grow big butt I have it only one feeding so far.
Pics show exact numbers of the manure and the soil.
Thanks again @420drummer for your help.

From the first post I would agree with 420drummer, but doesn't the moisture control have vermiculite in it? Might be possible it's overwatered but it doesn't have that droopy look (right now).

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Small plants almost always grow out of any problems they have.
