when should i add fertilizer, nutes and all tht stuff after ive germinated my seeds? what the best NPK i should use out of 14/14/14 or 10/10/10. its an indoor grow and the 4th day with one 20watt cfl. any advice wil do

Are you growing in soil or hydro? You definitely need more light though.

You should go for the lowest NPK ratio. A 6-6-6 ratio is more what you want, I would add nutes/fertilizer about a week after they developed their first set of "True Leaves" and get more lights. You can use 1 20-watt CFL but i would recommend at the least 2. Your plants need as much light as possible. I would grow with a 15-watt Fluorescent light while they are seedlings for a week or 2, but that 1 20-watt CFL wont really do justice. remember More Light= More Leaves/Bigger Bush and Bigger Bush/More Leaves=More Buds/ Bigger Buds

You have not planned your garden properly and have done no research, your question could easily be answered with 10 minutes of reading

@juicebox im using soil. @riddleme i just moved in to r new house and we jus got internet yesterday and im not starting an officail grow till next month in a grow box. i stil hav lots to get although im low on money(very low) so im kinda strugglin rite now. @smurf berry thanx for the info it helps alot.
