The FloraNova Bloom is a base nutrient that is used with the FloraNova Grow in their 2 part system. You should feed the Floranova Bloom with the Floranova Grow together. This is all from memory so you should verify, but I beleive they reccomend to feed 3 out of every 4 waters or something.
The Floralicious bloom is an additive (as opposed to a base nutrient). I actually recently picked up some nutes the other day, and I think they actually may have changed the Floralicious line. They have a Floralicious "grow" and "bloom" and either they replaced it or supplimented it with Floralicious "PLUS" which is supposed to be the same type of suppliment. You can technically use the Floralicious with every feeding based on the reccomended schedule. So I guess the answer to your question is feed both the FloraNOVA and FloraLicuous full strength together. If you are following reccomended schedules you should have FloraNOVA "Grow" as well. There are so many versions of the feeding schedule floating around as they change items in their nutrient line, it does get confusing.
I saw Floralicious "bloom", "grow", and "plus" recently on the shelf at my hydro store. The way it used to be is Floralicious "bloom" and "grow" were part of the EXPERT feeding schedule, and Floralicious PLUS was in the SIMPLE feeding schedule. The general Hydro rep was recently in the store last week and dropped off some updated feeding schedule cards, and I beleive they replaced the Floralicious Bloom/grow completely with Floralicious PLUS on the simple and expert feeding schedules.
**Looking online, I don't think even the General Hydroponics website has listed what I think their latest feeding schedule is. It's still all pretty confusing, but the info I gave you should be good for the most part. I would personally interchange any of the Floralicious products based on whatever schedule I was using. I'm pretty sure its just sugar water anyway.
