fertilizer question...

i'm new to growing and have two plants each in a 20 gal smart pot... they are approx 7' tall and getting ready to flower. i've been using G B organics High Growth fertilizer 4-0-2. which i've just run out of... i have another fertilizer called Doctor Earth Liquid Solution all purpose fert premium concentrate (pre-biotic inside) 3-3-3.
i would like to know if i can use this second Doc Earth fert to finish my plants with? additionally i have some high phosphorous ferts to add along with to Doc Earth for the duration of the flowering stage.

finally, the plants look healthy. i've been treating every week - one week using greencure and the next using neem... i've been told to stop using neem after flowering, which i intend to do...


any advice is welcomed... this is all new to me.

thanks... i was concerned about adding ANY phosphorus before flowering. but i'm probably no more than a week and a half from the white hairs showing up.
i have bubba bloom and another bat poop or kelp additive
