Hey guys just wondering who out there has tried feminizing seeds and what your results were? If you have any input about tiresias mist or similar product's or even alternative ways to guarantee female seeds, thanks heaps

I generally will use up an entire bottle spraying them every morning. I start a few days before switching to 12/12 and usually have used up the bottle around 2wks into flowering. It isn't abnormal for them to take another 2 wks to show pollen pods.

You should get a colloidal silver generator online for about $60 ncluding shipping and the silver wires in the kit included as well. You can then make gallons of real colloidal silver for less than a dollar. Real meaning, ACTUALLY colloidal silver without other crap in it which burns theplant when you spray it. Premade stuff usually burns the hell out of your plants which isnt how colloidal silver is supposed to act or work. It works by soaking into the plant and inhibiting the ethelyne hormone which is what usually makes the female plants make calyxes with pistils instead of pollen sacs. That's why the seeds are all female, because the pollen sacs are still female flowers genetically. No y chormosome in the pollen.

If you do make your own, or even if you buy it, you shoul dstrainit through a coffee filter to get out any larger silver particles (if its homemade) or any other particles (premade). If it looks clear which it should (sometimes it is also amber which is ok) shining a laser through it will determine if it is properly made. You will see the beam of light.

You can build your own generator for about 15$ including the silver
You sure can, but that won't include the silver (lol). Many people think that you just buy or make a batch and spray the shit out of her. That's where they invite burn problems and waste of product. Where you really need it is where the new flowers are shooting up and no where else.

Sure you can 12" of 99.98 silver bezel wire costs about 8$ , A transformer can be bought for about 5$ (but likely had for free) , glass/masson jar and some alligator clips , distilled water, and if you want to make some quality stuff a 2$ diode

I have ACTUALLY USED tiresias mist, I started putting it on 2 branches of two different plants (super bud and orginal cheese) I used a small crafting paint brush opened the spray bottle dipped the brush and covered all 4 branches total, every 24 hours for 3 weeks (21 days) , (When I was researching this product, some people said the 1oz bottle wasn't enough, I used just over 1/3 of the bottle using this method, rather then spraying, so I still have the bottle almost 2/3 full) the plants were veged 3 weeks first, I started using tiresias mist the same day I switched to 12/12, I used it on the branches at the second node from the bottom, they were fairly small when I started. It wasn't until about day 25-30 (from the 12/12 light change) after I had stopped using tiresias mist that I noticed sacs, it took about 7 weeks total from the 12/12 switch for those sacs to open up. The plant that was sprayed produced very small seeds many did not germinate, I tossed the seeds from that plant, what you should do is add a second plant into 12/12 (like I did, actually I added 2) when the plant being sprayed has been in 12/12 for 4 weeks this way very thing is ready at the right time. On those 2 seed plants I got over 1500 seeds I grown about 50 of them, and gave about 50 away, all female so far.

I got an LED online, and used a printer power supply, 27 volts and a glass brownie bakers tray to make mine.

I take it to 100 ppm, and only have to spray for a few days. Don't rush your nanners, let them ripen. Everybody knows that green bananas arent ready yet.

I'm growing a Lemon Thai 12/12, it's almost done, and was sprouted on 7-13-14. Started veg on 7-21-14, flowers spotted on 8-4-14. I'll probably finish it in a week or two, depends on the trichs. It's about 14 inches wide, and 17 and a half inches tall.
