Female??!?

This is my first time growing so im alittle unsure my biggest plant is just starting to show its sex. alittle off to the side of the "two green spikes" in a few places there 1 green hair looking thing coming out its not very long, but on one of them it looks like theres a dot of white starting to come out, still to early to tell if its gunna be white hairs or not. so anyone know if this is sounding female? or is that the start of male flowers?

its just off to the side of the 2 green spikes, stipules? i think their called. \ l l <--kinda like that
