hi,
looking for some advice as to why these girls are so puny. let me explain the set up first
the set up
running a 600 w hps and have a fan hanging in the room
using a rubber maid 24 gal tote for the res and eight ( gallons of water
have 6 holes cut in the lid with net pots filled with hydroton.
using a 170 gph pump and two 1/4 jets per pot and also an airstone.
using GH nutes. running 1 tsp purple to 2 tsp pink per gallon of water.
running ph at 6.6-6.8, not sure on ppm as i dont have a meter. (was advised to use this mix and ph level by an experienced grower)
the plants
sour ak, kandy kush skunk, and sage
started from cuttings in rockwool
rooted for about 14 days and had nice roots coming out, and were transplanted to the tote for immediate flowering.
starting week 4 of flower, and the plants are flowering nicely, but all very small (4-6 inches), except for the sage, which is about 13-15 inches.
all the plants have very nice roots going all the way down to the bottom and floating in the res
so, who knows why they are so small?
i've seen other sea of green efforts where the plants are much bigger this far along into the process.
i've attatched some pics, so if you can see them well enough, please tell me what you think.
thanks for the help
