I got a feed today that is 4-12-4 this is good for flowering right? Should I administer feeding every two weeks during flowering, or can I do it every week? I also got molasses how do I use molasses and when should I start using it?

a 30-20-20 is best for flowering, i add nutes every 3 watering's. i only have 20-20-20 but 30-20-20 is awesome. or 20-15-15.

You sir, are correct. You do NOT want a flowering fert that is high in Nitrogen. That is better suited for veg. What you DO want for flowering is something strong in Phosphorus, like the 4-12-4 that you have. Just ease the plants into the nutes slowly, and you'll be fine.

I watered them last with pure water two days ago so I will start to use the 4-12-4 at 1/8th strength and use it every other watering in that case.

What about the molasses is there any certain way to use it or just throw it in water and mix it up and apply?

You need to use Unsulfured Blackstrap molasses for best results. The way I do it (and I think most other indoors people do it this way), is mix about 1 Tablespoon per gallon, every other watering, only in flowering.

It helps mix it up better if you microwave some water first, mix the molasses into that, then dump it into the rest of your gallon.
