With a few added admendments today. First I added some carrot, apple and beets from my juicer. On top of that is around a tablespoon of gypsum, crushed egg shells, oyster shell flour, crab shell meal and kelp meal. Then I added a coffee can full of beet peelings, carrot peelings, cut up apple cores, leftover pot from making tea, coffee grounds and cut up banana peels. Then on top of that is a half spaghetti squash that was frozen. Then all of this is covered by aged grass clippings.

And here’s what I used the beets for. 3/4 pot full of shredded beets. Bring heat up on beets and add 1 cup acv, and 1/3 cup honey. Bring to a slow boil for about 10 minutes then shut off and leave covered. Great healthy snack for sure!!!

Oops wrong thread. Was supposed to go in organics. Don’t know how to move it!!
