feeding tea to your babys

well i was talking to my grandma about my plants and she told me that i should feed my plants a cup of tea every week.she said that she has been doing it for at least ten years she also mentioned that it brought back a few plants that where dieing and she use's tetly tea. well i was wondering if anybody has heard of this before or have tryed it out and hade any results. i know that my grandma must be right in some way or form with the tea :mrgreen:

I've heard that the odd cup of cold tea is good for the plants but, it was referring to house plants, flowers. Don't know if you can use this same technique on weed...:blsmoke:

that what i heard to for house plants so if it works on house plant then i should work on weed you would think im going to try it out on one of my clones and see what happends
i was also told that it should be a week cup a tea mabe after you made tea make a cup with the old bag ?:mrgreen:</IMG>

do a side-by-side test. take 2 clones as similar as possible. feed one tea the other not. keep everything else the same. post results.:mrgreen:


sounds like a good test. back in the day farming was a pretty big thing. we can learn a lot from our elders.:blsmoke:

shit yah my grandmas house plant are fucking huge so she def has a green thumbs she loves looking at my plants shes an old stoner both my grandparents are it soo cool :mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

well FDD i will set up a thread i have two cloons that are the same as soon as my lights come on i will start a thread on the TEA grow:mrgreen:

hay Durban poison you can sticky this thread if you want

ok here we go first im going to feed both of these clones PH distilled water, then there next feeding i will feed the one on the left tea made with distilled water. threw this hole grow i will use distilled water on both plants.
any input on how this test should be done just let me know.
Im going to have to use cfls for a few weeks until my hash plant are done flowering witch should be about 3 to 4 weeks :mrgreen:

No worries dude hope it helped,i know its not exactly "cup of tea" stuff but there is some good advice there and some good tips.
I would say that the best thing you can do if your serious about making your own ferts is to build your own small worm farm in your back garden,mix the worm shit with cold tea and your plants will be huge and it will cost you nothing:blsmoke:

well i have made the tea and now it sits in a dark corner until the first feeding i have the tea a 6.3 PH and is made with distilled water with a ppm of 3 :mrgreen: i will me feeding them both tomorrow i will do measurement and stuff

well,,I've never heard of tea fallin from the sky,,and we are supposed too keep it as natural as possible right,,but then again,,after I water and tea my plants,,I could toke and tea myself,,

well heres a new one ? well i was eating some water melon today and there mostly made of water well i was thinking could i feed that juice to my plant with the tea or just the water melon juice

so im going to do another test but with just water melons juice:mrgreen:
so do you guys think it will work make a bunch of teas ?
