Feeding - My Type of Feed/How Much to Use

Hey guys, is using nutrients for my plants that are meant for orchids going to harm them?

Also, the feed is 25-10-10, this is good for the vegetative growth, is it not?

As far as the amount to use, it says to use 1/2 a teaspoon/gallon of water. Should I go to 1/2 this strength? 1/2 teaspoon/2 gallons?

I would go 1/4 strength, as I do any new nutes I've never tried before. Increase the strength week to week if your babies respond well. You don't want to risk over-feeding, especially if your're using nutrient-rich soil.
