Just so ya know the T5 are more suitable for VEG growth, especially fi your running blue spectrum bulbs. I would highly doubt you have to feed the plants ever in 5 gallons of soil with those lights unless your vegging 5+ weeks, depending on the soil of course. I would grow them with just water in the soil until you see obviously pale green leaves or deficiencies.
They dont put out enough light for fat buds. You will get a harvest but its going to be really small. Look into PPFD and Photone app. You can definitely get some smoke off a T5 but its going to be smaller size nugs and nothing real dense or potent.
The plants need just enough nutrients. Light, co2, environment THEN nutrients. with most soils they can carry a plant through 8 weeks of growth (3 weeks veg, 9 weeks flower) typically.
